主要職責：

  • 協助確保廚房正常運作
  • 培訓分店人員並建立團隊合作性
  • 檢查食物品質合符標準，並為顧客提供優質之餐飲體驗
  • 協助團隊制定發展策略及營運計劃
  • 確保廚房地方和煮食用具的衛生及清潔
